OCS Professional Learning Community

The Online Course Services Professional Learning Community (OCS-PLC) provides essential communication between the Chancellor's Office and Campus OCS Leads. The PLC is an effective method for campuses to share ways in which they are successfully implementing campus quality assurance efforts, training, course certifications, and sharing resources. This dialog allows for growth across campuses as QA administrators and faculty leads learn from each other. In addition, CSU Online Course Services staff are able to offer support or adjust program elements according to campus needs or concerns.
