Quality Learning and Teaching (QLT) Rubric

The CSU Quality Learning and Teaching (QLT) evaluation rubric is designed to help support and identify exemplary practices for the design and delivery of online and blended courses. Now in its 3rd edition, the rubric is composed of 52 objectives across 9 sections.
