Rubric Sample for a Project

Assessment Tool

Betsy Eudey, an instructor at CSU Stanislaus, developed this rubric using the Canvas rubric builder. This rubric is for a project which includes a reflection, uses a range of points. For the assignment, students had options for the way to produce their reflection (written document, video presentation, creative work), so the rubric intentionally doesn't include mention of a specific presentation type. The rubric provides detailed descriptions for each element being assessed, with elements aligned with the assignment and course learning outcomes.

  • QLT Section 2: Assessment of Student Learning
